Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order size and weight

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.


International Shipping

At this time, Peace Collars does not offer international shipping.

We plan to expand shipping options in the future—stay tuned!


Shipping Carriers

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Peace Collars is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Peace Collars is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
