Give It Time

Changing a cat's behavior takes time. Please don't expect PEACE PAWZ Tags to immediately remedy what has likely been part of a cat's personality for years. Please be patient and give your cat a chance to learn. We promise, it's worth it!

30-Day Limited Warranty

Peace Pawz products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship during this period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, water damage, chewing, loss, or unauthorized modifications. Proof of purchase may be required. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, please contact us at contact@peacepawz.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’re happy to replace it at no additional cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
