At PEACE PAWZ™, your cat's safety and well-being come first. Our products are designed to support calmer interactions while prioritizing humane, responsible, and respectful treatment of cats.

Our Commitment to Cats

We believe that calm, compassionate solutions create better outcomes for cats and the people who love them. PEACE PAWZ™ is committed to responsible product design, ethical use, and the long-term welfare of cats.

We do not support shock-based or pain-based training methods, nor do we support animal testing that causes injury or suffering.

Humane Design

PEACE PAWZ™ Tags are designed to discourage aggressive behavior through sensory cues, including sound and gentle vibration. They do not deliver electric shocks and are not intended to cause pain or injury when used as directed.

Because cats respond differently to sensory stimulation, owners should carefully observe their pets and discontinue use if signs of distress or discomfort occur.

Intended Use

  • PEACE PAWZ™ products are intended for healthy adult domestic cats only.
  • Use products only as directed and according to the included instructions.
  • Introduce the devices gradually and observe your cat's response.
  • Do not use damaged devices or allow cats to chew or play with detached tags.

Supervision & Adjustment

Every cat is different. To promote safe and effective use, we recommend:

  • Closely monitoring your cats during initial use.
  • Discontinuing use if a cat shows signs of distress, anxiety, fear, or discomfort.
  • Ensuring that tags are securely attached to appropriately fitted collars without restricting movement or breathing.
  • Regularly inspecting the tags and collars for damage, wear, or improper fit.

Behavioral Expectations

PEACE PAWZ™ products do not guarantee behavioral change. Aggression in cats can result from many factors, including stress, environmental conditions, medical issues, and social dynamics.

Our products are intended as a supportive behavioral management tool, not a replacement for appropriate care, environmental enrichment, or veterinary guidance.

Individual results may vary depending on temperament, environment, and consistency of use. Because behavioral outcomes cannot be guaranteed, we do not accept returns or provide refunds solely because a product does not produce the desired behavioral change, except where required by applicable law.

Health Considerations

Do not use PEACE PAWZ™ products on:

  • Cats receiving veterinary treatment for behavioral or neurological conditions without veterinary approval.
  • Cats with known sensitivities to sound or vibration.
  • Kittens or cats that are ill, injured, or otherwise medically vulnerable without veterinary approval.

If aggression develops suddenly, worsens, or is accompanied by other behavioral or physical changes, consult a veterinarian. Medical conditions can sometimes contribute to aggressive behavior.

Button Cell Battery Safety and User Responsibility

WARNING: PEACE PAWZ™ devices contain lithium button cell batteries that can cause serious injury or death if swallowed. Severe internal burns can occur in as little as two hours.

Batteries are not user-replaceable. Do not attempt to open, disassemble, modify, or replace the batteries in PEACE PAWZ™ devices. If battery service is necessary, contact Peace Pawz for authorized service instructions.

To help prevent injury:

  • Keep devices out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
  • Never allow pets to chew, bite, or play with detached devices.
  • Regularly inspect enclosures for cracks, damage, or loose components.
  • Immediately discontinue use if a device becomes damaged or a battery becomes accessible.
  • If a battery becomes exposed or detached, keep it away from children and pets. Do not attempt to reinstall it.
  • Dispose of damaged devices and batteries safely in accordance with applicable regulations.

Customers are responsible for following product safety instructions and taking reasonable precautions when using, handling, storing, and maintaining PEACE PAWZ™ devices. These responsibilities do not limit any rights or protections provided by applicable law.

If a battery is swallowed or ingestion is suspected, seek immediate emergency medical care for a person or emergency veterinary care for an animal. Do not wait for symptoms to appear.
