Peace Pawz Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Peace Pawz Affiliate Program. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program overview

The Peace Pawz Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring customers to purchase eligible Peace Pawz products through approved affiliate links and/or unique discount codes.

Participation in the program is subject to approval by Peace Pawz. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during signup. Affiliates must maintain content, audiences, and promotional practices that align with the Peace Pawz brand.

We may remove or suspend any affiliate at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct that may harm the reputation of Peace Pawz.

3. Commissions

Approved affiliates are eligible to earn a commission on qualified purchases referred through their approved affiliate links or discount codes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Standard commission is 10% of net sales
  • Net sales exclude shipping, taxes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, and any other non-finalized amounts
  • Commission rates may be adjusted for specific affiliates, campaigns, or promotions at the sole discretion of Peace Pawz

Peace Pawz reserves the right to reverse commissions for orders that are refunded, canceled, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise deemed ineligible.

4. Attribution

Affiliate referrals are tracked through unique links, discount codes, cookies, or other authorized methods.

Unless otherwise stated, the affiliate attribution window is 30 days from the customer’s initial click.

If multiple affiliates or promotional sources are associated with a transaction, Peace Pawz reserves the right to determine final attribution in its sole discretion.

5. Payouts

Affiliate payouts are processed on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $25.

Commissions are subject to a holding period of 30 days after the order date to allow for returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud review, and order verification.

Payments may be issued through PayPal, bank transfer, or another approved payment method.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Peace Pawz is not responsible for delayed or failed payments resulting from incorrect payment details.

6. Affiliate responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • promote Peace Pawz honestly and in good faith
  • represent products accurately
  • comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
  • clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law or platform rules
  • use only approved or brand-consistent logos, images, and messaging when provided

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about Peace Pawz products.

7. Prohibited activities

The following activities are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Peace Pawz:

  • self-referrals or purchases made by the affiliate for their own benefit
  • use of spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized mass outreach
  • impersonating Peace Pawz or presenting yourself as an employee or official representative
  • bidding on branded search terms such as “Peace Pawz,” “PeacePawz,” or similar misspellings in paid advertising
  • use of unauthorized coupon, cashback, or deal websites
  • deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other fraudulent activity
  • false claims relating to health, safety, veterinary outcomes, or guaranteed behavior results

Any violation may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and reversal of prior commissions where applicable.

8. Content and brand usage

Peace Pawz may provide logos, images, product descriptions, videos, or other creative assets for affiliate use. These assets may only be used for the purpose of promoting Peace Pawz in accordance with these terms.

Affiliates may not alter brand assets in a misleading or damaging way or use Peace Pawz branding in a manner that implies endorsement beyond participation in the affiliate program.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Any discount codes issued to affiliates are for approved promotional use only. Peace Pawz reserves the right to modify, disable, or replace discount codes at any time.

Unauthorized posting of affiliate discount codes to coupon or deal aggregation sites may result in commission ineligibility or removal from the program.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.

Peace Pawz may suspend or terminate any affiliate account immediately for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, misuse of brand assets, reputational concerns, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately stop using Peace Pawz links, codes, and brand materials.

11. Limitation of liability

Peace Pawz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the affiliate program.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of tracking systems, links, discount codes, or platform integrations.

12. Changes to the program

Peace Pawz reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
